Founded in 1991, Jiangyin Jinda Textile Co., Ltd. is a professional producer of fancy yarn. The materials are natural and synthetic fibers such as wool, cotton, polyester, viscose, acrylic, and nylon or blending materials. They are suitable for hand knitting and machine weaving which are widely used in sweaters, shawls, scarves, hats, gloves, hosieries and upholsteries. The related devices and products are as follows: 1) 5,000 spindles, capable of 400MT of chenille yarn in desired amounts and compositions per month 2) 158 sets of crochet machines to produce more than two hundred kinds of fancy yarns. Our main products are feather yarn, ping pong yarn, lantern yarn, butterfly yarn or according to customers' requirements. The monthly output is 150MT 3) 10 sets of fancy twisting machines to produce loop yarn, wave yarn and knot yarn with the monthly output of 50MT 4) 20 sets of hollow braid machines to produce 150MT of hollow braid yarn covering a range from 1GG to 12GG per month 5) 12 sets of double twisting and plying machines to produce elastic yarn, cotton acrylic plying yarn with monthly output of 250MT 6) 5 balling machines to make 250MT of fancy yarn into balls every month.
